• Property booking amount aur token amount aam tor par non-refundable hota hai, jab tak agreement mein kuch aur na likha ho.
• Agar deal seller ya Ever Green ki wajah se complete na ho sake, to refund agreement ke mutabiq diya jayega.
• Har property ki terms aur conditions alag ho sakti hain, is liye booking se pehle tamam documents aur details check kar len.
• Refund agar applicable ho to 7–14 working days ke andar process kiya jayega.
• Kisi bhi dispute ki surat mein company ka faisla aur signed agreement ko tarjeeh di jayegi.
